hOW TO SETUP A TEEPEE PARTY on a small space!

We had about 25 girls, two small hotel rooms and a dream from the coaches to surprise  the cheerleader teams with a teepee party. The event space was impossible to accommodate 25 teepees. Thus, to make this dream become a reality, we focused on creating a memorable teepee party within the space that was available for us to decorate. Our team added extra balloons to the balloon garland that was placed over the teepees to make the space look festive and simply glamorous. The colors were navy blue, light blue and white. Frames  with the message; "I love you to the moon and back"  and the name of the cheerleader team were added to the food trays. Our cheerleaders had simply an amazing time, taking pictures, dancing to songs, eating and using the teepees as photo booths. The impossible became a reality and the small space was not an impediment for our cheerleader to still have a great time and create lifetime memories.

Focus on making sure your small space is simply glamorous rather than the number of guests. Add additional elements such as balloons, frames, lighting and lots of props for pictures. The guests will be thrilled to be able to simply lay down on the teepees and have a great time.

We create lifetime memories for all types of events. Slumber parties, baby showers, weddings, girls night in or any other type of event. This was such a special event to us because we could feel the  love and desire for the coaches to provide a pre-competition party to the amazing River City Allstar cheerleaders.
To have the space constraint and see how much fun our cheerleaders had, it was a pure feeling of accomplishment and joy.
