Thank you for choosing LM Teepee Parties! To ensure we can provide you with the best experience, please review our booking terms below:

• Due to high demand, we recommend booking as early as possible once your event date is confirmed to avoid disappointment.
• A $175 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied toward your total balance.

50% of the total balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event, and the remaining balance must be paid seven (7) days before the event date.

• ​We will not proceed with event setup unless full payment has been received.

You will receive an invoice via email, which includes a convenient “Pay Now” button for payment via credit card or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, since we dedicate time and resources to your event, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the event date: a $175 fee will be retained.
• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event date: a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made within 10 days of the event date: no refund will be issued.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or our official communication channels.
Refunds (minus applicable cancellation fees) will be processed within 7 business days after receiving your written notice.

Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days prior to your original event date.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control — such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies — LM Teepee Parties reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your event without liability.

Delivery, Setup & Pick-Up

• Delivery and pick-up times will be coordinated with you in advance.
• If earlier or later times are needed, we will do our best to meet your request.
• We do not move furniture, so please ensure the setup area is clear and ready prior to our arrival.

Travel Fees
A travel fee applies for locations outside the 30004 (Alpharetta, GA) area.
Please inquire about pricing for events beyond a 20-mile radius from this zip code.
Equipment Care

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
You will receive an invoice for any damaged or missing items.
