Terms and Conditions - Booking Policy Please take into consideration when you are booking an event party with us: Due the high demand we recommend our customers to book as early as possible as well as soon as a date has been decided to avoid disappointment. We require a $175 to secure your booking and advised to do so as soon as the confirmation of availability is confirmed. 50% will be paid two weeks before the event and the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to the event date. 

Cancellation Policy for Booked Parties
​We understand that circumstances may change, and plans may need to be adjusted. However, as we allocate resources and time to ensure the success of your event, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Period: For cancellations made  4 weeks prior of the event date, a $175 fee will be applied. For cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled event date,  a 50% fee cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled event date, there will be 0% refunded.
2. Notification:
   Cancellations must be notified to us in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
3. Refund Policy:
   Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated cancellation period will be processed within 7 business days.Refunds will be issued minus the applicable cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations made outside the cancellation period will not be provided.
4. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on our availability.Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the original event date.
5. Force Majeure:
   • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event without liability.
6. Non-Refundable Deposits:
   • A non-refundable deposit of $175 is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the terms of this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

We will not set up a party if there is no payment in advance.
Expect payment and invoice from LMTeepee parties if items are not returned at the condition that were delivered.

Delivery set- and pick-up time will be set with the customer prior to the event. If an earlier or later pick-up time is required outside normal pick-up time, we will endeavor to meet your requirements.

Travel fees will be charged for areas outside 30004 - Alpharetta, GA zip codes. Please do not forget to ask for prices outside the 20 miles radius of the zip code mentioned above. ​

We do not move furniture, please make sure your area is ready to be decorated before we arrive.
Please note, you will receive the invoice with the remaining balance by email. To make it easier for our customers, the generated invoice sent by email will have a "Pay Now" button that will allow our customer to make a payment using any major credit card or PayPal.
